Youth Capital Academy is a Philadelphia-based nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and teens through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and real-world education.
Founded in 2025, YCA was created to give young people access to opportunities many never receive practical money skills, business training, mentorship, and community support.
We teach in a fun, empowering, and culturally relevant way so youth can build confidence, make smarter decisions, and create successful futures.

Fed 400+ individuals, ensuring families had access to meals with dignity
Partnered with 20 community organizations to strengthen collective impact
Collaborated with 3 high schools to bring financial education directly to youth
Helped 15+ young people start their own businesses
Sold out our Youth Business Fair, proving youth entrepreneurship works when given the chance
All while teaching financial literacy, business fundamentals, and empowerment in a way that is fun, creative, and relatable because learning sticks when it feels possible.
